can the employee pay the H1B fee and the H1B tax?

I work for company A full time with H1B. I work for Company B part-time under OPT which will expire soon. Company B said that if I can pay the H1B fee and tax, they will continue to hire me. Is it legal? I'm Ok with it.

How in the world are you maintaining both H1B and OPT status at the same time? The minute H1B became effective, you are no longre in OPT. In that case, how are you working for another employer in OPT?

Paying for your own H1B is pure illegal.
