I am working on L1 and want to apply for H1

I have got a few consultants who will do the conversion of L1 to H1 , one of them is Inceptron Group Inc .

Does anyone have any idea if the above consultant is reliable or not , please let me know as I am planning to apply for H1 at the earliest.

Generally, demanding payment for filing the petition (as deposit, advance or under any name), asking for a contract etc. are signs of a bad consulting company. Stay away from such.
