Hi,

I was in L2 visa and applied for H1b from United states. Meanwhile I travelled to India before getting the H1b approval. When I was in India, my H1b got approved.But now I am in United states in H4 visa .Is there any way I can use my H1b visa and go for job????Please help .

I guess you could do one of two things: Take a appointment at canada or mexico. get you h1 stamped on your passport. or go to india to get your passport stamped with your new h1.

Make sure you take an attorney opnion.
