Leave letter requirement for H4 Visa

Hi,

My H4 visa is to be initiated by my husband's company who is currently in the US.

Since I am also working currently, I understand that to apply for an H4 I will be required to carry with me a Leave letter from my Company. However, I am currently only taking leave for a month which will get extended based on the circumstances then.

Now, as I am taking leave for a month my company is going to issue a letter for only a month. Can someone please help me understand as to how this will affect my Visa. Will they only issue the visa for a month due to the dates mentioned in the leave letter.

There is no such thing needed. All you need to be able to provide is evidence of your relationship and evidence that your spouse is maintaining H1 status.
