h1b visa stamping process if my company bought by another company
Hello everybody.
I am new to this forum. i am currently working with company A and they had sponsored my h1b in October 2011. I am planning to go to India this may end to get my visa stamped.
2 days ago my division of the company was bought by company B. the sale of the company will be completed during my travel dates to india. i want to know if its enough to take all the documents from company A for my visa interview. is it required to get any documents from company B to be safe? in that case what are those documents that i will need from both companies. I am not even sure whom to contact in company B so far but this india trip is important too.. so postponing the trip to the later date is an option only if there is no possibility of a safe return back to USA with h1b stamped on my passport..
