Yes .. but recommended that you switch to a direct employer only .. coz if you go in for another consulting firm there are chances that you will get another slip.

2.) In my case i have to give new petition and LCA with all supporting document to USCIS or consulate?

3.) Whether I need to make agree my current employer by paying any thing(legally)
