H4 Visa stamping

Hi,

Currently I am in USA on H1B visa. My Wife and Son are in India and their H4 visa is stamped.
Now if I change my employer here in USA,Do my family need to go for H4 stamping again or can they travel to USA on same visa?

H4 Visa stamping

As long as they have a valid visa stamped in the passport they dont have to go for stamping again. They do need to carry employment verification letter of the employer and the latest approved petition for the employer you are working for as of their date of travel. This is my opinion do consult experts too.
