Hi,
I went to H1 B stamping in chennai consulate this month. When they verified one of my previous employers experience, the MD of that company didn't give proper reply. So US consular officer took that original experience letter, I797 and sent back to UCICS.
If I go on L1 visa (without the above experiece in the petetion) or H4 visa, what are the chances to reject my new visa under Section 221 (g)?
Note: 2 years back for the same above exp. certificate US consulate chennai, gave my L1 visa. and I worked in US for the last 2 years.
