urgent L1 to H1

I am on L1B for employer A and my I94 extension got expired on 15th May.
Employer A wants to file for H1B.In case if there is high liklihood of l1b denial then what do you think is good for me?H1B in COS or H1 in consular processing.

Search and read about bridging. Since your L1 I-94 has already expired, the H1B need to filed based on the pending L1 extension. If L1 extension gets denied, then H1B COS will also get denied as the bridge has broken. Filing the H1B for CP will not have any effective on the H1B petition.
