H1 renewal stamping ciudad Juarez

last h1 renewal (stamp) got it from ciudad juarez valid till june 2011. now I got new i-797 and new I-94 valid till*june 2014. can I Go to same mexican embassy in july 2012 for this renewal (stamping)....*help greatly appreciated...
