    Hi My employer is holding me back and not allow me to join client. I sent him my resignation and informed him that you were not giving me vacation and not given me medical insurance. The client has obligation with my employer , so he is preferring me to join directly. My employer is holding me back based on contract .

    Please advice me I can go to DOL and file a complain against him.

    Is the employer not paying you as per the approved LCA? If they are paying you properly, what are you going to complain to DOL. If you have signed a contract with the employer, then better consult an attorney before you take up the job with the client of your employer.

      Complain because since I have joined him , He had not given me any vacation period . Paying green card cost from my pocket and medical as well.
      Paying salary late . 2 week of every month.

      On those basis I want to file a complaint.

      The Model is like employer-> Prime Vendor -> Client
      Can I join prime vendor ?

      As far I heard these contract are not valid . but you guys better know
      Please advice.

        Well, joining the vendor or the client can cost the employer his business and that can be an issue. Like I mentioned earlier, consult a good immigration attorney. Paying for GC was illegal at your part as well. You are suppose to know the law.
