Hi,
I appeared for my H1B renewal visa interview in New Delhi and my petition was sent back to USCIS for further review on November-09-2011. There is no action afterwards on that petition. In the meanwhile my vendor applied for my H1 transfer using the previous cap and finally it got approved. I am scheduling my visa interview for Mumbai and as part of advance document submission checklist it asks for -
"{Copy of the previous Notice of Acton (I-797), if the current Notice of Action has not started (applicablefor the returning workers only.)"
Should i be submitting the copy of Notice of Action from previous employer? Also i would like to mention that i have been working remote from India for old employer with the same client up until now.
