I got my H1B transferred recently from Company A to B.
My visa from old employer permits me to stay here for 2 more years.
Now is it compulsory to get new Visa stamping on my passport with employer B information if I need to go to UK and comeback ?
Please advise me the possibility of going without getting a new stamp and what I need to carry accordingly and also are there any legal risks involved. OR is it necessary to go back ot India and get the visa stamped for Com B before stepping out of US to another country (Except India). Ihave the petition of Com B and my H1 is trasferred to Com B already.
