H1B expire

My question: After I129 approved and if i did not used my H1B more then 3 years. does it will expire automatically.

The petition will expire as of the expiry date mentioned in the approval notice or if the employer revokes the petition. However, the CAP on that petition will remain valid for 6 years. So if the same employer or another new employer had to file a H1B petition for you within the next 6 years, they can use the CAP from your old H1B petition (give them a copy of your previous H1B approval notice) and request an immediate start date. You don't have to go through CAP (quota) again for the next 6 years.
