Hi,

Last week I got muy H1-B from employeer A. Due to some personal reasons I am planning to join at another employer B. Is it possible to use the same H1-B visa at new company (employer B).

Yes, B can file a cap-exempt petition for you. You can then obtain the Visa based on B's petition and travel to US to work for B.
