Travel to Virgin Islands And Puerto Rico

I am on H1 b. I am a full time employee,however i have valid H1b but my visa is not stamped yet as i haven't left the country in years. I would like to visit puertorico and Virgin islands. Can someone please tell me few things:

i) Do i need visa to visit puertorico?

ii) Would there be any sort of immigration i need to go through to visit puertorico?

iii) Would there be any issue with my H1b visa if i visit PR?

iv) I would highly appreciate if anyone can point me to official immigration link which has more info.

You don't need any Visa. PR is very much a part of the US, it is not international travel. There is no immigration check, it is like any domestic flight. (There is some Agriculture department or something check for all your bags though).
Sometimes however, there are some random immigration checks and keeping your Passport, H1 approval notice and I-94 with you will be advisable.
