H4 Dependent Visa - Need NOC?
I have applied H1B for me and H4 for my husband.
He is currently working in automobile industry and myself at IT.
We have our PA on Jun 13th. Do my husband need to produce any HR letter from his company about taking break or resignation.
till now he dint inform about his travel in his company and im not aware abt this HR letter also.
is this really mandatory.
He planned to quit his job once our Visa got approved.
will his Dependent visa gets cancel due to this ?
