last Name mistakes while filing

I am filing for new h1b , I sent all documents to employer. My resume has last name different due to word document editing mistakes.without noticing it my employer / attorney has filed it.Rest of the documents are perfect everywhere without mistakes, H1B is being applied saying a product is being developed for some e commerce business( employer is part of this business and business hold his financials). my questions are

is there any process i can rectify last name after filing...? can my employer/attorney do it...?
will there be any queries because of last name mistakes...?
in what category does my h1b fall...internal project,,? FTE to end client...?
I see high chances of queries , what are chances of approval...?
