h4 visa stamping

my daughter will change her status from H4 to F1 sometime in August.
Considering that her F1 is approved, I was wondering if she could travel to India after she is on her F1 status.
Will it be a problem for her to get her F1 Visa stamped in India because of her changed status from H4 to F1 ?
Will appreciate your valued opinion.

Change of status is not a concern for F1 stamping. Will there be any other issues (like proof to establish ties with the home country etc), no one can predict.

Problem is, my I-140 is approved and she will be going to india alone for the F1 visa stamping. I will be in USA at that time. So proof to establish ties at home country could be an issue.

The only ties she could establish is,
1. I am filing my tax returns in India too.
2. Her grand parents live in India.
