Hello I got my H1 approval for 1 year what can be a reason why I got it for 1 year.


How much time does it take to get the hard copy of H1 approval document.

>>> The employer would have been able to show work only for 1 year or USCIS is not convinced that the work will go for more than 1 year at the location specified. It is very common these days if the H1B is filed by a consulting company.
