LCA approved.. Does it guarantee H1

hi friends

My LCA has been approved, does it mean, me getting a H1 is just a formality? or are there chances of denial?

just curious...and apprehensive.... any inputs please?

It does not guarantee petition or Visa approval in any way. It just means your proposed employment does not break any labor laws.
