H1B visa - Changing nationality (India to Dutch)

Dear Forum Members ,

i have a valid H1 petition Approved for the duration 2012 October - Sep 2015. My petition is approved as an Indian Citizen and i am currently residing in Netherlands.

with in next 2 months i will have a Dutch Passport . and i have to renounce my Indian passport exchange to dutch passport.

what will happen to my H1 Petition in this case.

1) Can I use my H1 Petition to go for Visa Stamping with Dutch passport?
2) If i have a US Visa Stamp in Indian Passport , can i transfer to my Dutch Passport

>>> Check with your company attorney/lawyers. I might need to file an H1B amendment.

2) If i have a US Visa Stamp in Indian Passport , can i transfer to my Dutch Passport
>>> There is no such thing as visa transfer. You will need to appear for the visa interview again to get the visa stamped in your Dutch passport.
