Hi,
I have a plan to transfer my H1B to a consultancy (Indian).I was told to pay 2500$ as a deposit money once after the transfer process has been initiated (i.e He has confirmed that he would share the initial transfer documents and I can pay after that).
Yes..I have seen other posts related to this topic however I would also like to clarify my doubts from my end as well.
1. What are the specific questions that I should check with them before I proceed.?
2. Is that only thread to my deposit money or would there be any other issues after I join them?
3. If they don't pay me properly or not providing me pay slips, Shall I reach out to DOL? During this period, until I get other employer, Would my status changes to Out of status?
Please advice me with any other points and it would really help me before I proceed with them.
