Urgent help reg cap-exempt premium process!!

Hi,
My company tried to raise a H1B for me, but early this week USCIS stated that H1B cap got filled up. Please guide me whether I can opt for Cap-exempt premium? To raise for Cap-exempt premium, do the resource should have been traveled to US before? Or I can be raised for anyone? Please share the detail eligible criteria.

And is there any other options? As current H1B cap got filled up.

Are you in US currently? If yes, on what visa?

The CAP for 2013 has already closed. You cannot file a petition under the 2013 CAP anymore, be it a regular processing or premium.

shervin143 - More so i am asking about Cap-Exempt not regular Cap. I know 2013 Cap got closed. Thats why i am looking for alternatives.

Only a non-profit organization can file a CAP exempt H1B petition. You need to find one if you want to go that route.
