Previous H1b interview got 221G, applied for H1B again and going now for interview
Hi Frnds,
In 2010 I had appeard for PAI, I had applied for H1B via a consultant. I didnt had the client letter and so the VO gave me 221g, after submitting documenst again 221g. After that gave up.
Joined another company in 2011, applied for H1B this year (2012), now I am preparing for H1b interview at Chennai. In the checklist that my employer has give me it says that I should carry the documents of my previous petition (if any).
I know that the consulate will have the info about my previous petition but i dont have all the documents. will it may have a problem? any suggesions ??
