H1 visa

Hi friends,

Currently in my passport i have Company A visa which expires on Feb 2013 . Now I have moved to Company B whose I797 valid till Mar 2014 .But dont have visa of Company B as I didnt travel to India .

I am planning to Europe trip for 15days as vacation from USA (To and Fro)

Will be problem at port of entry when i am back from Europe trip as visa is still Company A .

If asked which company I am with ... Can i say I am with company A as that what shown in visa ?

Your visa remains valid irrespective of what company name is on it. You should NOT say you work for company A. You should produce the new I797 for company B and your I-94 will be issued as per the dates of the petition from company B.
