H1 - employer change before stamping

I currently work for company "A" in India.

I got a job offer from new company "B" who filed for my H1 and it's approved with start date of Oct 1.
Now, company "B" wants me to join their India office and work remotely till Oct 1.

When I go for stamping and I have already joined "B", will this be an issue? (Because, my H1 petition would have contained that I am working with "A")

Both "A" and "B" are Fortune-500 companies and will be direct employment.

Your jobs while in your home country and while in the US are separate jobs. They are completely unrelated.
