I got my H1B VIsa in Oct 2008. As I did not get a job I changed it to H4 visa. Till now (i.e 2012) I have not changed it to H1B. now I want to change it to H1 b and Want to try for a job. But when I called one consultancy they said " with out a Client letter it is very difficult to change visa from H4 TO H1B"
So my question is
a) As I did not work on H1B how can I get a Client Letter?
b) What are the requirements to change my status from H4 TO H1B?
C) What are the new rules to change from H4 TO H1B?
d) How much time it takes to change H4 visa to H1B?
