Petition Revoked

Hi ,
Just want to check..if after getting approved I-797 from uscis and before visa get stamped..,employer revokes petition with uscis ,can that approved petition is still valid for visa exemption(transfer) and excluded out of CAP i.e 65000 and can be transferred to new employer or stamping is required for Visa exemption .

The CAP from the approval notice will remain valid even after the employer revokes the petition. Yo can transfer the H1B to any other employer using the same CAP.
