H1 B transfer before travel to US

Hi,
i have H1 valid visa till sep-14, and im not travel yet. And i have plan to shift to other company, can i transfer my H1b to other employers? is it possible to revoke my H1b by my current employer??

Please advice on this, i heared from many, as i need to travel at least one time for my current employer to transfer H1 , is it correct??

Yes, it Is possible and please provide ur copy of approval petition to the new employer and they know how to proceed further.
