LCA withdrawl - H1B status?

Hello Everyone,

The law firm that filed for my H1b visa withdrew my Labor Condition Application by mistake (what professionals right!!). I have a few questions regarding this issue and I would appreciate if anyone could provide some answers...

1. What is the status of my H1B visa now?
2. Am I allowed to keep working?
3. What is the fastest way to reinstate the application? and how long would it take?
4. Can I travel back/forth internationally?
5. Should I sue the law firm ? (I am frustrated!!!)

Are you currently in U.S in H1B status? If yes, when does your I-94 expire? Was the LCA filed to extened your current H1B status or is it for a transfer to a different employer?
