Query for Canadian PR ?

I am on H1B and currently working in LA. I would like to know if there is any way that a person on H1B can apply for a canadian PR ?
Also what is the success rate for such cases ?

Which process are you talking about? If you are asking about the Canadian PR, then you are in the wrong forum. This forum is specific to U.S H1B visa.
