221g admin processing - barcode in PDF, what documents to submit

I don't have a VFS courier envelope. Should i purchase it form somewhere?

Intv date: 4th June 2012. Yellow 221 g - administrative processing issued - no docs asked
CAEC barcode appeared on PDF yesterday Friday 13th July.

Can some one let me know what docs to submit, especially about the envelope - i did not get any courier envelope with my 221g yellow form during the interview

VFS shall give you the envelope when you go to submit your docs.
here is what my friend submitted,

1) passport
2) yellow slip
3) copy of I797

take print out of the PDF with your barcoe number too , just in case.also to be on safe side carry all docs with you , they might ask something else too.
