have valid H4 Visa from Comp A, Husband Transferred to Com B. Do i Need Re-stamping ?

Hey any one have idea about h4 visa re-stamping ?

I came to USA on h4 visa, stamped when my husband was with Company A, Now he has got that H1 visa transferred to Company B. I have a approval and extension from USCIS, for Company B.

I am planning to go to India, for a few months. Do i need to get H4 Visa re-stamp at the visa consulate in india for re-entering into USA?
Will i be allowed on my old visa stamp from company A and the approval/extension notice from Company B?

Not required - as long as the visa stamp is valid on re-entry you are fine. Just show the new approval notice at the POE to get a matching I-94
