I need some suggestion from you.
Mine is fresh H1b and got approved in permium process, I need to go for my stamping in next month in London USA emabassy.
I am a citien of India and staying in London from past 2.5 years ,here my status is Tier1 General(Old HSMP) vaild till july 2015.
I have a doubt regarding client letter.
My employer filed my H1B under EC(Employer->client) model.
My employer has provided contract aggrement letter between my employer and their client and PO also between my employer and client.
But the contract agreement letter was not printed on client letter pads. and PO was printed on client letter pads.
Is those 2 docuemnts (along with all supporting documents) are enough?
Is client letter and PO is mandatory with my name?
My employer is unable to provide client letter and PO with my name since I haven't been to US yet.
Please answer .
