Which Permit I need to use for Stamping

Hello Friends,

Below is my status:

Right now I am in India as I traveled recently and need to go for Stamping

1.I have work permit Until Sep 2012
2.While coming to US I have applied for extension through premium processing , I would get extension starting from sep 2012 to sep 2015

which permit i need to use while booking the appointment, If I use the new one I would get visa from sep 2012 to Sep 2015 and I cannot travel till Sep 2012?

If i use the old one I would get visa till Sep 2012?

Can I use both? I inquired with VFS and they said me to Book with New one and show old and new at the time of interview? Will that work?

While filling DS160 use the new extened petition. Carry both the approval notices when you attend the visa interview. Carry both the approval notice when you travel and show it to the officer at the POE. Verify your I-94 before you leave the POE and make sure they have issued the new I-94 until the extended petition expiry date.
