There is no such thing as PIMS phone number. If you are in India, then you need to call VFS helpdesk.

PIMS Verification

I'm in US and planning to attend stamping in Vancouver, canada.
I called helpdesk but they don't know regaring PIMS.

Your only option is to send an email to the consulate mentioning that you are planning to attend the visa interview there and would like to verify if your petition information is in their PIMS system or not. Attach a copy of your approval notice. This may or may not work. There are lot of cases where they have replied back stating that they won't be able to check until your visa interview. but you can certainly try your luck. U.S consulates in Mexico used to verify and revert back on PIMS. Not sure if they still do that.
