H4 Dependent Visa

I am also in the same situation. The new company's attorney said my wife's H4 need not bo transferrred.

My Question is,

Does this mean that when we go for stamping my wife's H4 Visa will be stamped using my NEW H1B (I797 from the new company) since she won't have her own visa.

Hi

I transfered my H1 from old company to current company.i got approval for the transfer for h1B.But my wife still having the h4 visa for the old company.

Do i need to get the transfer for my wife also.\

When i asked my current company they said no needed for my wife since mine is transfered..They got info from their atterny.


Pls clarify.
