Job Change just after while H1B Extension Approved

My H1B Extension was just approved for my Current Company.
I had got an offer from a new company now and they have filed for LCA. Will my new company file H1B Extension or H1B transfer now ?
I have already informed my current company that I am planning to leave.

They will file a new H1B petition using the CAP from your existing H1B approval notice. It is otherwise called as Transfer.
