Cancel Application

Hi,

I am on L2 Visa & I filed I-765 application in April but did not submit any documents (was not aware), now after 100 days I received RFE asking to submit the I-94, Visa, Passport copies etc..

My spouse's employer has already filed H1/H4 with COS on 6th June, if it gets approved then I will be on H4 status w.e.f 1st Oct'12

Now the same employer is ready to file L1B for me with COS by end of next month.

Question:

1. Should I send the docs required for I-765? or should I just let that application on hold since it would be of no use cauz my L2 is valid only till Nov'12
2. If I dont send the response to RFE, would it effect my H4 or L1B application in future?
3. Is there any option to cancel an application?

Any other suggestions?

>>> Just send a letter with the RFE stating that you are no longer interested in receiving the EAD as your spouse's employer has filed H1B and H4 for both of you.
