Me and my husband entered US with F1 and F2, after much struggle i mean after h1 rejection once, and applying again from a different employer my husband finally got his h1 approved and is effective from april 2012. I got my H4 approved along with his h1.
M thinking of visiting India in Sep 2012 and for some reasons my husband would not be able to accompany me and he doesnt have his h1 stamping nor do i, both of our are expired. this means i need to go for stamping while i visit india this time.
My questions are
1. Can i go for h4 stamping without having my husband's h1 visa not being stamped?
2. What are the H4 documents required for me to take for the interview?
3. Are the documents same as one takes for a regular H4 or any specific documents required in my case?
Please do reply for my questions as soon as possible. Badly i need your help and suggestions.
