Hello everybody,
I graduated from university of washington in 2006. worked on h1b from 2007 to 2009 for 2.5 years. I left US in 2009. I recently came to ohio university for phd program. I am finding the phd program tough. So, I want to convert to h1b. Is it possible to get the remaining h1b period? When i have to apply for h1b? is the start date going to be immediate or october first? is it possible for me to apply for cap exempt h1b? I got my first h1b approved in 2006. Its been more than six years now. Do I qualify for cap exempt h1b? One consulting company want to file my h1b. is client letter required for h1b filing? Please let me know.
