Immigrant Visa - they made my first name and middle name as one.

Hi there. I'm having a problem about my name. in my Visa under my given name it contains my First name and middle name. When i applied for my SS the woman who took my information said that my name in the Immigration's data base was - Given name: Mira Flor Raza Last name: Laccay. now i'm having a big problem because instead of dissecting my First and middle name they put it as one. how can i fix my name in the immigration's data base? should i take actions about it? will there be problems when i applied for work? Pls do help me. i needed some information and i needed to solve this problem Asap,. thank you!
