L1-B to H1-B Change of Status Tracking
Hi,
My L1 TO H1 COS ,application got accepted by USCIS on Apr-27,2012.
Till now its still in "Initial Review". Just wanted to check how many people are in the same boat.
Some company will definitely soothe.
I asked my Attorney to check with USCIS and she said that my case has been picked up and it will take time.
Is there anything we can do to enquire and make sure everything is all right and its just about playing the waiting game.
