I have H1b stamped visa up to OCt 30 2012.
Visa extesnion is also approved and got another 1 year.

I am going to home country for 1 month vacation.
Can i go stamping and get it done for another 1 yr that approve?
Can i come back USA since i have stamped visa until Oct 30 2012?
Please advise.

Yes, you can go for stamping.
No you cannot come back if you get rejected.
