Hi All,
this group has helped me in sticky situations, I come to your help once again. My company is filing for Ch 11, but they are keeping me alive until i find a job.
1. Within how many days should i get a new job?
2. While doing a transfer, does comp A take your original I-797 for transfer?
3. Suppose Comp A, offers employment and submits my documents and Suppose Comp B, offers employment too. How can I take employment at Comp B as this Comp offers better benefits?
