No Email notification of H1B transfer approval

My H1B transfer case was updated to decision this morning, saying "the case was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice." However, my employer has not received an email notification about it yet. I've heard that the email notification of a case is sent out immediately when a decision is made. Any idea what the issue could be? Anyone had similar issues?

I'd appreciate if someone could contribute to this post. I'm surprised my employer has not received an email notification of my approval yet. This was a premium processing case. And the receipt number email clearly said that the petitioner will receive an email when the case is approved.
