Hi,
I will be attending VISA interview in Hyderabad this month on the 23rd Aug 2012. I am a full time employee with a Fortune 500 Company.
Prior to joining this company I worked with a consultancy on which I was granted a H1 stamp. Now this company is bankrupt and is no longer operational.
My questions are:
1. How are H1B stamping chances in Hyderabad
2. During the interview process will there be a hurdle with the previous employment.
