What was the date your application got accepted by USICS? Mine was accepted on 1st May, trying to estimate how close I am into my approval process.

I just got a mail from my attorney that she received my I797 approval hard copy. It took exactly 1 week since USCIS did not use the FedEx envelope which my attorney submitted along with my petition. If USCIS had used the envelope, it takes only 2 days.Originally posted by iowan2012 View PostIs anyone waiting for their H1B approval notice in mail?
