Me. My petition got approved on 17th Aug. My attorney got the email from USCIS but no news about hard copy yet.

You mean the approval notice? Nope. No way to do that. We just have to wait.

I am in India right now. waiting for the hard copy and petition copy so that I can secure an interview quickly.

Mine was accepted on Aug. 8. I applied with premium processing.

Mine was appled on 9th Aug and approved on Aug 17th (PP)

I just got a mail from my attorney that she received my I797 approval hard copy. It took exactly 1 week since USCIS did not use the FedEx envelope which my attorney submitted along with my petition. If USCIS had used the envelope, it takes only 2 days.

It's been exactly two weeks and no news about my hardcopy yet!
