Got 221g for name correction on the passport last year, still the case is pending at the consulate even after submitted the new passport.
primary applicant is now working with a new client ata different work location , and hence has the new LCA. But the consulate is not asking any other documents to submit. Can we go ahead to submit the new supporting documents, without any call from the consulate to do so?
heard that the 221g is valid only for an year, but we are not issued with a new 221g even after the case has completed an year. Moreover, either VFS or the consulate is not responding to the case status check, earlier they used to respond atleast with an automatic reply that the case is undergoing the AP.
Last week, we sent the enquiry through the senator office, surprisingly even the senator office didnot get the response yet from the consulate.
we, our family has been living separately from teh past one year due to these visa problems? can we go legally or though attorney? how can we proceed on cases pending from such a long time?
